Shipping policy

 

Ecogard (Malaysia) makes shopping at our online store easy and convenient by providing delivery right to your doorstep.

Shipping fees will be auto calculated during order checkout.

Standard delivery for West Malaysia is within 3~5 days, East Malaysia is within 5~10 days.

  1. Delivery service is available for purchase within Malaysia only (West and East Malaysia).
  2. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct identity, contact and delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering.
  3. Ecogard is not liable for any associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.
  4. Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address.
  5. Once payment for an order is made, you are not allowed to make any changes on the delivery address.
  6. If delivery to some locations is not possible, our customer service may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address, so please ensure the correct contact number details have been entered at the time of ordering.
  7. Order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the time of order, excluding weekends or public holidays. However, there may be delays during busy periods (including promotion sales) or unforeseen circumstances.
  8. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time.
  9. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company of our choice.
  10. Ecogard cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and shall not be liable for any delay in the courier service company delivery services if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Ecogard.
  11. All un-attempted delivery will be returned to Ecogard warehouse after 3 trial deliveries have been scheduled. Resending cost will be charged for the next delivery arrangement.
  12. Ecogard reserves the right to withhold your order delivery if due to incomplete identification, contact and delivery details provided.

We may update this Shipping & Delivery statement from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
