Refund policy

 

This Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable for online order via www.ecogard.com.my only.

Ecogard shall use its best efforts to ensure your orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of product delivered, return/exchange of product or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:

  • Product received in a damaged or defective condition; or
  • Product packing errors (i.e. missing product or wrongly packed order); or
  • Product is out of date or expired

Step 1 - You will need to notify Ecogard by email hello@ecogard.com.my to make a report on the product(s) discrepancy within seven (7) days upon receiving the product with below detailed information:

  1. Your order and shipping details
  2. Photo(s) of claimed discrepancy
  3. Your updated contact number and address details (if different from the information entered at the time of ordering)

Step 2 - Our customer care team will contact you within seven (7) days after receipt of your email with all relevant supporting details, and provide guidance to direct you the procedures in respect of the return/exchange of product or refund.

Step 3 - Upon receiving your returned product, our team will proceed to check and verify your claim and carry out remedial action. Provided that you shall return to Ecogard the aforesaid product unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to you together with the proof of order, payment and delivery of the product.

All returned product shall be sent in their original condition and packaging. Ecogard will not be responsible and liable for any loss or damage to the product prior to the product is returned and received by us. You are advised to pack safely the product to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box or its original packaging.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30 days return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you.

We reserve our rights not to entertain any claims which are brought to our attention after the expiry of seven (7) days upon you received the product.

Refund

Refund will only begin processing once we have received the physical return product and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject your return requested. If approved, the equivalent amount will be credited based on the following payment method.

Please understand it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  1. If a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, Ecogard shall either refund the value of that product, or replace the product.
  2. If any product which was not included in your order is delivered to you, Ecogard shall collect the product from you.
  3. If you have been charged for a product which has not been delivered, Ecogard shall refund you the value of the product as originally charged to you.

The return of a product by you does not automatically warrant for a refund. Ecogard will inspect the returned products upon receipt of the same.

Changes

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
